Remap2Race (R2R) is based in Southwest and is a trading name of ECU Dynamics, all other area franchisees are independent, but are branded to Remap2Race in name only. They all carry their own liability & indemnity insurances and R2R are not responsible for their actions and works whilst carried out under the Branding of R2R.

14 Day Guarantee:

Remap2Race provide a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the work carried out by the technician R2R will provide you with a refund of the full purchase price minus a small processing fee usually £40.00.

If Your vehicle is fitted with ‘After Market Induction Kits – Upgraded Turbo Chargers – Upgraded inter Coolers – Upgraded Fuel Injectors – Modified Exhaust Systems – Upgraded MAF Sensors – or any other aftermarket part the 14-day warranty is void.

In the unforeseen event that any engine components failure after the carbon clean. We take no responsibility in this matter. It is up to you the customer to make sure that the engine is in a fit state to have an intensive carbon clean to be carried out. We carry out our own checks to the vehicle prior to the clean with diagnostics equipment and carry out visual checks to make sure that the engine is in a fit state for the engine carbon clean. If it is found that the engine is not fit for the carbon clean on arrival, there will be a callout charge of £60.00.

Payment:

The client is required to pay in full after for the service after completion

Internal Parts Cleaned:

The internal parts that are 75% cleaned are as follows:

1. Intake/Outlet Engine Valves
2. Turbo Charger if fitted
3. Catalytic Converts and DPF Filters.
4. Spark Plugs
5. Fuel Injector Fronts
6. Piston Tops
7. Piston Rings
8. Lambda Oxygen Sensors

The internal parts that are not cleaned are as follows:

1. EGR Valves
2. Charge Coolers
3. Intake Manifold
4. Throttle Body

Vehicle condition and serviceability:

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the vehicle and vehicle components are in good condition and have been serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. R2R cannot be held responsible for the failure of any vehicle components which may arise after R2R have conducted a carbon clean service.

Where components are not of a suitable standard or have not been maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. R2R will accept no responsibility for engine or electrical component failure. It is recognised that carbon cleaning a vehicle may highlight any weakness that your vehicle or any components already have.

Liability limitation:

In the event of death or personal injury arising from the mis-use of increased engine power negligence, R2R will not be liable to the client for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the R2R service, even if R2R has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to the R2R technician. Save in respect of claims for death or personal injury arising from R2R negligence, R2R liability and the liability of the R2R technician to the client for actual damages for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action will be strictly limited to the fees paid to R2R or to the R2R technician.

The limitation on R2R liability will apply regardless of the form of action, whether under statute, in contract or in tort including negligence or any other form of action. For the purpose of this clause R2R includes its employees, sub-contractors, technicians and suppliers who shall all have the benefit of the limits and exclusions of liability set out above in the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act1999.
