SEAT remapping, mapped to your exact engine
SEATs share their TDI and TSI engines with the rest of the VW group, so a Leon, an Ibiza or an Ateca is running hardware we work on every week. What is different is the buyer: these tend to be everyday cars bought on a budget and kept for the miles, where being easier to drive matters more than a number to quote in the pub.

SEAT remapping FAQs
Is a small TSI petrol worth mapping?
A turbocharged TSI has real headroom, and the gain shows up as response — pulling away, and picking up in third or fourth without a downshift. Smaller engines with no turbo have much less to give and we will say so on the phone. The reg lookup shows what is available for your exact engine before you commit.
Same engine as a Golf — can I have the same file?
The hardware may be shared, but the software is not one file for all. Your car's own ECU is read first, and the map is written to what is actually in it — the version, the year, the gearbox. That is the difference between a custom remap and a generic file bought off the internet for the same engine code.
How do I know what my car will do before I book?
Put the reg into the lookup on this page, or ring and tell us the car. You will get the figures for your engine, the stage options, and an honest answer if yours is one where the gain is small. Advice costs nothing, and we would rather turn a job down than sell you a disappointment.
What do you need from me on the day?
Somewhere safe and legal to park where we can get to the car, the keys, and a battery in decent health — the engine is off and the electronics are on for part of the work. Allow about an hour. If the car has a warning light on, tell us when you book so we can look at that first.
